Non-Refundable Damage Waiver €280
Damage Waiver Explanation
A nonrefundable €40 per day (€280 per week) damage waiver is due in cash (other forms of payment not accepted) prior to departing the charter base in Athens. This waiver is comprehensive and covers any loss or accidental breakage to the yacht's furnishings or equipment.

End-of-trip cleaning of the yacht
Linens and towels (except beach towels)
One-way transfer, either from the airport or your Athens area hotel, to the yacht
Not Included / Extras:
A Hostess can be added to the crew at the rate of €980 per week. The hostess would prepare and serve breakfast and one additional light meal daily, as well as assist in general cleaning and crewing duties.
Food provisioning, while on board, for the Skipper (and Hostess) is to be provided by the client.
Water: Although full with 600 litres at departure, the fresh water tanks on board are often depleted during the trip. Refills cost anywhere between €5 to €10, give or take a few euro, depending on location. One or more refills may be necessary depending on trip duration and water usage.
Fuel: Also full at departure with 253 litres of diesel, the fuel tanks must be refilled upon returning to port at the end of the trip. Depending on how much the motor is used the fuel bill usually runs between €100 and €200 per trip.
Port docking fees. These are typically very low, usually between €2 and €4 at each port. Sometimes they aren't levied at all.
One-Way Yacht Transfer
The yacht can be transferred (empty) one way to or from the Argo-Saronic area for €300 per transfer. Transfers to and from other areas in Greece are available as well. Please contact us for pricing.
Specials: Large Group, Small Group, and Long Term Discounts
Larger groups of up to 16 can be accommodated at a discounted rate with the use of a second skippered yacht, also owned and operated by Kalantzis Yachting, sailing in tandem with The Excordis. Please contact us for more information.

Booking and Payment
Decide when you want to sail and contact us using the availability form in the "pricing" drop-down menu.
Once availability has been confirmed submit the reservation form, also in the "pricing" drop-down menu.
Charter payments are made partially via wire transfer and partially in cash. Once we receive the reservation form, Kalantzis Yachting will send you the charter contract to sign and bank account details so you can complete the wire transfer. Please return a copy of the signed charter contract and the bank transfer documentation.
You will need to pay a 50% deposit to hold the boat by wire transfer and then pay the other 50% in cash on arrival at the boat.
Your booking is confirmed as soon as we receive your reservation form, signed contract, and the first 50% payment.
This procedure should not take longer than one week, during which the yacht is "under option" and can't be booked out to another party.
Cancellation policy
For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to departure, 30% of the total charter fee is payable.
For bookings cancelled less than 60 days prior to departure, 50% of the total charter fee is payable.
